Support POWERHOUSE BOOKSTORES offering online ordering, shipping, and curbside pick-ups—something we never thought we’d have to specialize in.
We hope the days of bookstores of community spaces and reading event experiences are not gone forever. Maybe until a vaccine is found….
We were humbled by the outpouring of community support in adopting our bunny and other spring stuffie inventory, and have received so many calls and emails to buy books, cards, games and more from our two family-owned bookstores we are thrilled and eternally grateful.
Inspired by the success of our Easter-Passover Newsletter, co-owner and buyer Susanne rushed backed into the Park Slope store this week to curate more fun bundles—this time geared toward all ages, featuring cookbooks for easy family cooking; fun veggie stuffies to get those toddlers motivated; and a whole slew of beautifully curated gift bundles for a friend or young family member whose birthdays and religious milestones have been short-circuited by this coronavirus.
Lastly we are sharing with you our favorite new fiction and non-fiction titles selected by our book buyer Chris.
We are accepting online and phone orders, and offer shipping services or curb-side picks up at our Park Slope or DUMBO locations.
